We celebrate the regions talented artists—from musicians and writers to wood artisans,
potters, painters, and photographers; to cultural events including concerts,
exhibits, and unique events such as the annual Northern Tier Geocaching Tournament, Garlic and Arts
Festival, the River Rat Race, Thanksgiving Harvest Festival, and Starry, Starry Night New Year’s Eve.
