At OIC we have artist studios for large format work including sculpture, glass blowing, kilns, metal-smithing & foundry work.

There is the beginnings of a sound stage for film and video and good space for dance classes and for building theatrical studios and sets.

There are also less finished areas for martial arts and indoor recreation.
