Franklin-Hampshire Career Center is a division of the Massachusetts Department of Employment and Training; the Career Center achieves success through intensive job counseling, individual training, and interactive events such as job fairs. FHCC links clients to available opportunities throughout the North Quabbin Region. Communities Collaborative helps place handicapped children in loving and supportive foster homes, and furnishes training and outreach services to help mentally and physically disabled children flourish in their communities, schools, and family settings. Child and Family Service of Pioneer Valley houses one of their clinics in Orange and offers counseling services for children, adults, and families in addition to education and support. Their endeavor is emblematic of what OIC offers: a congenial, supportive and accessible surround that offers the privacy to conduct one’s business. CFSPV just celebrated its 130th year anniversary! ARTISANS AT THEIR CRAFT Rich Conley Antiques is a collector and purveyor of unusual and historic artifacts; many of which adorn the walls and ceilings of theme restaurants and automotive museums to remind their visitors of days-gone-by. Sentimental Fix is an undertaking of entrepreneur Barbara Thurston who applies her skills in jewelry restoration for private collections. She specializes in pieces of deep personal significance. Audrey Davis Workshop fashions gourds into beautiful and collectible works of art. Collen Aanderson's Studio restores collectible dolls and children’s toys.
